Guarantee Terms
The full terms of our 60-Day Growth Guarantee. Ad spend paid to Meta is not refundable.
How profit is measured
Your total investment is the setup fee, plus the monthly management fee, plus the ad spend paid to Meta.
If, at the end of the first 60 days, the revenue you have made from leads generated by our campaigns is not more than that total investment, WDA Marketing will keep managing your campaigns with no monthly management fee until you are in profit.
Ad spend
During the free management period, you still pay for ad spend. That money goes directly to Meta (Facebook and Instagram), not to WDA Marketing, so it is not covered by the guarantee.
Tracking
Leads and results are tracked through the CRM and lead-tracking systems WDA Marketing provides, together with Meta Ads reporting. These records are used to determine whether the guarantee applies.
Lead follow-up
You must contact each lead within 24 hours of WDA Marketing sending it to you.
Leads that are not followed up within 24 hours and are lost are not WDA Marketing's responsibility and do not count against the guarantee.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Your signed service agreement is the document that applies to your engagement with WDA Marketing.
